Refrigeration units are used in many industries, such as semi enclosed refrigeration compressors, which are now used by many manufacturers. The problems and requirements of refrigeration equipment used in different industries are different, which is also a normal phenomenon. Therefore, many manufacturers will check before use to see if the requirements of industrial refrigeration units before operation are met. Only when they are met can there be no problems in the process of use.
1. Check whether the oil pump turns correctly;
2. Separate the compressor from the motor and check whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct;
3. Check whether the differential pressure relay for suction side and filter, pressure relay for exhaust side, pressure for oil pressure and cooling water, relay and oil pressure relay operate sensitively;
4. When the compressor oil is added into the cooler, the oil filling amount shall be kept at 1/2 ~ 3/4 of the sight glass, and the oil shall not be filled up;
5. Install the coupling and correct it.
6. Fill the system with refrigerant (usually R22) as required
In this way, the working environment will not be affected, and it can effectively help us. When the heat is not in use, do not forget to do the cleaning and maintenance work.
